The Capture

Surveillance, deep-fake technology and unrelenting suspicion are the backbone of British BAFTA-nominated creator Ben Chanan’s crime thriller. Manchester-born Holliday Grainger is brilliant as the tenacious DI battling conspiracy theories and cyber threats, while British actor Paapa Essiedu joins the second series for more labyrinthine plotting and outlandishly entertaining storytelling.
