This intelligent BAFTA-nominated documentary is a vital call for solidarity with the disabled community. Directed by and starring disabled British filmmaker Ella Glendining, and produced by the UK’s Janine Marmot, the film is confronting, necessarily challenging, and deeply revealing. With music from Scottish composer Erland Cooper, the film was co-produced by Hot Property Films and Tigerlily Films.

Synopsis

Ella Glendining is a woman in her twenties who has a rare condition which means she was born with short femurs and without hip joints. Facing daily discrimination, she goes deeper into exploring her body, including meeting others who share her condition, and challenging those who perpetuate ableism.
