Synopsis
In a war zone, Afghan interpreter Ahmed (Dar Salim) goes to unprecedented lengths to save the life of US Army Sergeant John Kinley (Jake Gyllenhaal). Feeling indebted to him, Kinley returns to Afghanistan to try and grant Ahmed and his family the safe passage to the US they were promised – he just needs to reach them before the Taliban does.
