Synopsis

As World War II closes in, C.S. Lewis (Matthew Goode) and Sigmund Freud (Anthony Hopkins) come together to debate the existence of God. Through fantastical sequences, their lives are interwoven to explore their conflicting schools of thought against the backdrop of a newly-declared war.
