Downton Abbey: A New Era

Luxurious locations. Excessive banquets. Maggie Smith’s delicious put-downs. Downton’s cinematic return celebrates what it does best, while injecting new life into its fine-tuned formula with the arrival of the talkies. Once more, the Crawley’s and their staff must contend with a rapidly-modernising era and their place in it.
