Based on the novel by London-born author Bernard Cornwell, this thrillingly cinematic series was co-written by Brits Kate Brooke and Ed Whitmore. Co-directed by UK talent Otto Bathurst (Peaky Blinders) and Farren Blackburn, it stars an impressive array of British talent including Iain De Caestecker, Eddie Marsan, Nathaniel Martello-White and Valene Kane. Co-produced by Cardiff-based company, Bad Wolf.
