Directed and written by Tunisian filmmaker Kaouther Ben Hania, this confronting docu-fiction work is vital, grave and devastating, winning nine awards at the Venice Film Festival. Synopsis
In Gaza, a six-year-old girl named Hind Rajab calls the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) to beg for help after the Israel Defence Forces attack the car she’s inside with six other family members. While trying to keep her on the phone, the volunteer team work relentlessly to save the girl’s life.
