Extending the vision behind her 2018 short film, British actor-turned-director Joanne Mitchell marks her accomplished debut feature. Co-writing the script with UK screenwriters Dominic Brunt and Tracey Sheals, the rich action is brought to life by a talented ensemble British cast that includes Rebecca Calder, James Fleet, Jay Taylor and Sacharissa Claxton. Co-produced by Leeds-based Mitchell-Brunt Films.

Synopsis

After Sybil (Rebecca Calder) secures a job at the funeral home of Mr Thomas (James Fleet), her mind quickly turns to fantasy. From a romantic entanglement with museum curator Mark (Jay Taylor), to attacking the corpse of an adulterer, her imagination runs rampant in her lonely role as an undertaker.
