When Alan Partridge’s (Steve Coogan) radio station, North Norfolk Digital, is taken over by a giant media conglomerate, freshly-sacked fellow DJ Pat (Colm Meaney) creates a hostage situation, forcing Alan to act as negotiator and defuse a potentially violent siege.
