British writer-director Moin Hussain’s impressive and distinctive debut feature is produced by the UK’s Michelle Stein and shot on 35mm by British cinematographer Nick Cooke. With an ensemble UK cast composed of Faraz Ayub, Natalie Gavin, Claire Rushbrook and Steve Oram, the film is co-produced by UK-based companies British Film Institute, Film4, Screen Yorkshire and Escape Films.

Synopsis

Adam Muhammed (Faraz Ayub) - a rudderless and somewhat lonely young man - works the nightshift at an eerie motorway service station. When he hears of his estranged father’s passing, he tries to find more information about his distant parent, becoming convinced of increasingly outlandish theories.
