Co-written by American screenwriters Analisa LaBianco and Jeffrey Spencer, this engrossing animation with a feminist edge features an all-star voice cast that includes Alyson Leigh Rosenfeld, Vanessa Johansson, Marc Thompson and the UK’s Dan Edwards. Scored by British composer Sefi Carmel, the film is co-produced by UK-based companies Creation Entertainment Media and Magic Frame Animation.

Synopsis

While the king wants his daughter to marry a nobleman, rebellious princess Mina (voiced by Alyson Leigh Rosenfeld) has other ideas, setting her sights on a modest architect called Ronan (Dan Edwards). After the king finally agrees to the union, Mina is kidnapped on the morning of her wedding, as Ronan embarks on a quest to find her.
