Synopsis
Feeling tired with the UK’s wet weather, Mr. Bean (Rowan Atkinson) heads to Cannes for some well-deserved fun. However, his plans do not go smoothly, as he’s mistaken for a both a kidnapper and a prestigious filmmaker along the way.
