Directed by London-born Joel Hopkins, and exquisitely scored by Hampshire-born Stephen Warbeck, this warm-hearted rom-com is based on the true story of a Hampstead Heath squatter. An accomplished British supporting cast bring the film to life, including James Norton, Lesley Manville, Jason Watkins and Hugh Skinner. Co-produced by UK outfits Ecosse Films and Motion Picture Capital.

Emily (Diane Keaton) - an American widow who lives in a property she can no longer afford - meets Irish recluse Donald (Brendan Gleeson), who lives off the land and has claimed squatter’s rights on a patch of land in Hampstead Heath. When his home is threatened by property developers, Emily jumps in to help, not realising that a romance would soon also blossom.
