Essex-born filmmaker Ben Wheatley (Sightseers, High Rise) writes and directs this gripping six-episode series, shot by UK cinematographer Nick Gillespie. With a recognisable British cast that includes Buket Komur, Jay Lycurgo, Sue Johnston, Paul Bentall, Robert Lindsay, Anita Dobson and Scotland’s Lewis Gribben, the show is co-produced by London-based The Forge.

Synopsis
In a quiet UK town, an army truck crash causes a toxic chemical leak which causes the soon-infected residents of a care home to become hungry for human flesh. A group of teenagers must naviagte their terrifying new reality, which includes loved ones becoming infected.
