Co-created by British screenwriters Jesse Armstrong and Sam Bain (Peep Show), this six-episode political satire is as gripping as it is amusing. With famed UK filmmaker Danny Boyle directing the first episode, and fine performances from a British ensemble cast that includes Jonny Sweet and Bertie Carvel, the show is co-produced by UK-based companies Channel 4 Television, Decibel Films and Nightjack.

Synopsis

After a number of shootings take place across London, Chief Commissioner Richard Miller (James Nesbitt) and his colleagues investigate the crimes. On the same day as the shootings, American PR boss Liz Garvey (Brit Marling) joins the team, with the brief of trying to improve the police’s public image.
