Synopsis
Without a phone or telling anyone about his plans, Aron Ralston (James Franco) gets trapped when a boulder falls on his arm while hiking in the remote Blue John Canyon in Utah. Over the next 127 hours, he must make an excruciating decision: remain pinned to the canyon wall or amputate his own arm in order to survive.
