Directed and co-written by British filmmaker John Hay, along with UK screenwriter David Logan, this is a delicate exploration of grief, strength and, ultimately, redemption. Featuring a talented ensemble cast - led by remarkable British actors Hugh Bonneville and Keeley Hawes - the film is beautifully scored by UK composer Debbie Wiseman. Synopsis
In 1962, upcoming children’s author Roald Dahl (Hugh Bonneville) and actor Patricia Neal (Keeley Hawes) retreated to the British countryside to raise their family. When their daughter Olivia dies after contracting measles, the couple are naturally devastated, but ultimately brought closer to together in their mourning.
