Directed by Brit Peter Cattaneo (The Full Monty), with an intelligent and comedic script from the UK’s Rachel Tunnard and Roseanne Flynn, this moving and enjoyable melodrama packs in moments of both tragedy and triumph. Synopsis
After watching their loved ones leave for the war in Afghanistan, a group of military wives from varied backgrounds come together to form a choir. Led by Lisa (Sharon Horgan) and Kate (Kristen Scott Thomas), who have quite different ideas of the form the group should take, they support each other through challenging times as they embrace the healing power of song.
