In the mud-soaked, enemy-obscuring depths of a Polish forest, British director Ben Parker finds the perfect backdrop for a gory Western horror smuggled in as a historical thriller. You’ll find familiar faces in British actors Tom Felton and Harriet Walter, but otherwise this is a menacing and muscular feat of originality.
