Synopsis

Lisa Selby is a daughter trying to make sense of her mother's absence: was it purely because of her heroin addiction, or did it run deeper than that? Constructed from over forty years of Lisa's archive footage - including videos, photographs, diaries, voice notes, answerphone messages and letters - the documentary tenderly explores both love and addiction.
