About us

Our mission is to showcase UK creative excellence to the world, and encourage engagement and collaboration with UK talent and businesses.

We are here to represent the range of industry partners and stakeholders who work together to promote the UK screen sector (across film, TV, games, animation, documentary XR and immersive). This includes its national and regional agencies, companies and talent, both year-round and at key international festivals and markets.

We want to help make international connections and provide clear information about our industry, including our outstanding production and services, talent, locations and content.

Our aim is to be a space for the UK screen sector to promote its work internationally; and be the place the international industry turns to in order to find out how to collaborate best with the UK.

We are supported by the BFI with National Lottery funding, and work year-round with the British Council, British Film Commission, Screen Skills, Creative UK, Screen Scotland, Creative Wales, Ffilm Cymru Wales, Northern Ireland Screen, the UK Government and leading industry bodies across the production, distribution and exhibition of screen content.

ScreenUK Industry sits under the ScreenUK brand which is delivered as part of the UK Global Screen Fund, financed by the UK Government’s Department for Culture, Media & Sport and administered by the BFI.
